Grilled Salmon– Lightly seasoned, served with rice, one vegetable and soup or salad.

Veggie Flatbread– Flatbread with garlic and basil with onions, peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. 

Florentine Flatbread Pizza– Garlic and basil flatbread layered with creamy parmesan sauce, mozzeralla cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Served with a side salad.

Mr. Buddy’s Roast Beef– Roast beef and gravy layered between slices of bread and then covered with gravy. Served with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy.

Tuesday: 

Cheesy Chicken & Asparagus Casserole– Asparagus, chicken, cheese, cream of mushroom base on a bed of white rice. Served with soup or side salad. 

Three Cheese Quiche– Served with soup or side salad. 

Chicken and Dressing– Served with two vegetables (green beans, mashed potatoes, corn, butter beans, or sweet potato casserole). 

Wednesday: 

Chicken Tetrazzini Casserole– Chicken, spaghetti, cheddar cheese, pimentos, and mushrooms. Served with a soup or side salad. 

Quiche Lorraine– Bacon quiche served with soup or side salad. 

Chicken Pot Pie– Served with two vegetables (green beans, mashed potatoes, corn, hash brown casserole or hot pineapple casserole). 

Thursday: 

Chicken Divan Casserole– Chicken, broccoli, cheese, cream of chicken base on a bed of white rice. Served with soup or a side salad.

Crab Quiche– Served with soup or side salad.

Chicken Bryan– Boneless chicken breast smothered with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, and goat cheese. Served with two vegetables (green beans, butter beans, corn, mashed potatoes, or sweet potato casserole).

 

Friday: 

Almond Chicken Casserole– Chicken, almond slices, celery, cream of chicken base on a bed of white rice. Served with soup or side salad. 

Quiche Lorraine– Bacon quiche. Served with soup or side salad.

Hamburger Steak– Served with two vegetables (green beans, mashed potatoes, corn, baked potato casserole or macaroni and cheese).

Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin- Served with two vegetables (green beans, mashed potatoes, corn, baked potato casserole or macaroni and cheese).

Saturday:
